De formaci\u00f3n ingeniera t\u00e9cnica agr\u00f3noma, educadora social y antrop\u00f3loga social y cultural, es profesora de Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental de la UNED y de la C\u00e1tedra Unesco de Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental de la UNED. Tambi\u00e9n es coordinadora de <em><a title=\"Ecologistas en Acci\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/21stcenturyartivism.sites.carleton.edu\/en\/colectivos\/ecologistas-en-accion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ecologistas en Acci\u00f3n<\/a><\/em> y directora de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fuhem.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FUHEM<\/a>, fundaci\u00f3n impulsora de iniciativas en los \u00e1mbitos de la educaci\u00f3n, la investigaci\u00f3n para la paz, las preocupaciones ecol\u00f3gicas y medioambientales y el desarrollo social en general.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Yayo Herrero is<\/strong> an activist, researcher, and educator on\u00a0topics related to\u00a0social ecology and feminism. With a background in in technical agronomic engineering, she is a social educator,\u00a0social and cultural anthropologist, and professor of Environmental Education at the <em>Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n a Distancia<\/em>\u00a0(UNED) in Madrid, and of the C\u00e1tedra Unesco de Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental at UNED.
