Como productora, ha trabajado en publicidad y televisi\u00f3n tanto norteamericana como Espa\u00f1ola, para cadenas como Mundo Fox, o MTV Espa\u00f1a, entre otras.\u00a0Gracias a generosas becas de la Fundaci\u00f3n La Caixa y del Gobierno de Navarra, curs\u00f3 estudios en direcci\u00f3n de cine en la prestigiosa CalArts.\u00a0En estos momentos est\u00e1 dirigiendo publicidad para el mercado latino en Estados Unidos y se encuentra en periodo de postproducci\u00f3n de su primer largometraje documental, Next.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Elia Urquiza is<\/strong> a director and a producer.\u00a0She has directed a number of documentary and fiction short films since 2003.\u00a0As a producer, she has worked in publicity and TV both in Spain and the US, for Mundo Fox, or MTV Spain, among others.\u00a0Thanks to generous scholarships from the La Caixa Fundation and the Government of Navarra she followed the MFA Film Direction Program at CalArts.
