Ha trabajado como investigadora del Instituto Internacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n de la ONU para la Promoci\u00f3n de la Mujer y participa activamente en movimientos sociales.\u00a0Esta investigadora est\u00e1 especializada en el an\u00e1lisis de lo que, a su juicio, supone una crisis civilizatoria multidimensional que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del colapso financiero, y en la investigaci\u00f3n sobre las respuestas puede dar el feminismo a esta crisis poniendo a los cuidados en el centro.\u00a0De sus an\u00e1lisis se desprende una forma de entender el sistema econ\u00f3mico enfocada en la crisis de los cuidados y que plantea preguntas tales como el papel que pueden jugar las TIC y si existe una econom\u00eda con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero que incorpore o recupere la funci\u00f3n social de la tecnolog\u00eda a favor de las mujeres.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Amaia P\u00e9rez Orozco\u00a0<\/strong>has a PhD in Economy from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid where she teaches graduate level gender and economy classes. She has been a\u00a0researcher at the United Nations International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women. She actively participates in various social movements.\u00a0She specializes in the analysis of a multidimensional social\u00a0crisis that goes beyond just finance.\u00a0In doing so, she researches\u00a0care-centered, feminist solutions.
