Laura Corcuera<\/strong> Gonz\u00e1lez de Garay (Zaragoza, 1979), \u201cSalta\u201d para amigas, activistas y clowns, es licenciada en Periodismo por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y DEA en Semi\u00f3tica de la comunicaci\u00f3n de masas con la investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0El hecho esc\u00e9nico como herramienta de dinamizaci\u00f3n sociopol\u00edtica<\/em>. Sin tacones ni pendientes de perla, fue jefa de prensa en el Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN\/CSIC) entre 2005 y 2007, fund\u00f3 el Peri\u00f3dico del MNCN y tambi\u00e9n la agencia de noticias cient\u00edficas SINC<\/a> (FECYT), donde trabaj\u00f3 como coordinadora y editora jefe desde septiembre de 2007 hasta el 22 de diciembre de 2010.<\/p>\n

Es fundadora y miembro del peri\u00f3dico DIAGONAL<\/a>, donde escribe sobre ciencias, diversidad sexual y de g\u00e9nero, movimientos LGTBIQ y\u00a0artes esc\u00e9nicas, \u00e1rea que coordina para el suplemento Culturas. Ha colaborado con las revistas teatrales PRIMER ACTO y ARTEZ. Desde 2014\u00a0colabora con la revista internacional PUNTO Y COMA.<\/p>\n

Compagina su trabajo y militancia comunicativa con el activismo feminista y la performance. No mide m\u00e1s de metro sesenta y dos, pero ha estudiado con grandes maestros como Jango Edwars, Phillipe Gaulier, Eric de Bont, Esther Ferrer, Antonia Baehr y el Odin Teatret, entre otros. Su \u00faltima experiencia performativa\u00a0la ha realizado\u00a0junto\u00a0al colectivo estadounidense La Pocha Nostra (Atenas, junio de 2015).<\/p>\n

Laura Corcuera <\/strong>Gonz\u00e1lez de Garay, \u201cSalta\u201d to friends, activists and clowns, has a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a master\u2019s degree in Semiotics of mass communication, with the thesis <\/span>The scene as a tool of sociopolitical dynamization. <\/span><\/i>Without high heels or pearl earrings, she was the Press Officer at the National Museum of Natural Sciences (<\/span>Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales, (MNCN\/CSIC) <\/span><\/i>between 2005 and 2007, founded the Peri\u00f3dico del MNCN and also the science news agency <\/span>SINC<\/span><\/a> (FECYT), where she worked as coordinator and chief editor from September 2007 to December 22, 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a founder and member of the newspaper <\/span>DIAGONAL<\/span><\/a>, where she writes about science, sexual and gender diversity, LGBTQIA movements and performing arts, an area that she coordinates for the supplement Culturas. She has collaborated with the theater magazines <\/span>Primer Acto <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>Artez. <\/span><\/i>Since 2014 she has collaborated with the international magazine <\/span>Punto y Coma. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

She combines her work and militant communication with feminist activism and performance. She\u2019s no taller than 5\u20192\u2019\u2019, but she has studied with great teachers like Jango Edwars, Phillipe Gaulier, Eric de Bont, Esther Ferrer, Antonia Baehr and el Odin Teatret, among others. Her last performative experience was realized in conjunction with the US collective La Pocha Nostra (Atenas, June 2015).<\/span><\/p>\n
