Bel\u00e9n Gopegui<\/strong>\u00a0naci\u00f3 en Madrid en 1963. Es alumna de filosof\u00eda de Juan Blanco, Madrid 1963, y licenciada en Derecho. Adem\u00e1s escribe. Ha publicado novelas como\u00a0La escala de los mapas<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>,\u00a0Lo real<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>,\u00a0El lado fr\u00edo de la almohada<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>(2004),\u00a0El Padre de Blancanieves<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>,\u00a0Deseo de ser punk<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>,\u00a0Acceso no autorizado<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>o\u00a0El comit\u00e9 de la noche<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>, y libros de esos que llaman infantiles, como\u00a0El balonazo<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>o\u00a0El amigo que surgi\u00f3 de un viejo ordenador<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>. Ha reunido ensayos y art\u00edculos en\u00a0Rompiendo algo<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>. Aprendi\u00f3 la noci\u00f3n de lo com\u00fan en la\u00a0Escuela Popular de Prosperidad<\/strong>, durante un tiempo se ocup\u00f3 de la secci\u00f3n de Conocimiento Libre en Rebelion.org, forma parte del\u00a0colectivo Asalto<\/strong>, perteneciente a la\u00a0Fundaci\u00f3n Robo<\/strong>\u00a0y colabora en medios alternativos como\u00a0Diagonal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bel\u00e9n Gopegui<\/strong>\u00a0(Madrid, 1963) is a novelist whose works include\u00a0The scale of maps<\/i>\u00a0 <\/strong>(City Lights Publishers),\u00a0La conquista del aire<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>,\u00a0El Padre de Blancanieves<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>,\u00a0Deseo de ser punk<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0El comit\u00e9 de la noche<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>, and four children\u2019s book including\u00a0El balonazo<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0El amigo que surgi\u00f3 de un viejo ordenador<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>. She also wrote the essay\u00a0A Gunshot in the Middle of a Concert: On the Political in the Novel\u00a0<\/i><\/strong>(La Jolla, CA: Department of Literature) and has published an edited collection of essays and articles in\u00a0Rompiendo algo<\/i>\u00a0<\/strong>(UDP). Having studied philosophy with Juan Blanco, and graduated with a law degree, she also studied the commons at the\u00a0Escuela Popular de Prosperidad<\/strong>. Bel\u00e9n is a member of the\u00a0Asalto collective<\/strong>, of\u00a0Fundaci\u00f3n Robo<\/strong>\u00a0and she writes for the independent media publications\u00a0Rebelion.org<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Diagonal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
