Vaciador34 es un espacio de creación, independiente de los circuitos convencionales del arte y del mercado actual. Disgustados por el poco poder de decisión que tenemos como personas, por las superficiales relaciones que se dan en el mundo del plástico y del capital en el que vivimos, proponemos funcionar entre todos de otra forma: tratando de ser coherentes con nosotros mismos.
Vaciador34 nace del esfuerzo –de un grupo de jóvenes convertidos en inexpertos albañiles– por rehabilitar una nave industrial de más de 200m2 para convertirla en un espacio libre, autogestionado, sincero y colectivo. Pretendemos que todas las actividades funcionen con precio libre, posibilitando con ello que todos seamos partícipes y responsables directos de este proyecto.
Vaciador34 is a creative space that functions independently from the conventional art market of today. Fed up with the fact that people have so little decision-making power, and with the superficial relationships created in our plastic, capitalistic world, the creators of Vaciador34 propose a different way of living: by trying to be consistent among ourselves.
Vaciador34 was born out of the hard work of a group of young people turned amateur builders in order to transform an industrial ship of more than 200m2 into a free, self-managed, genuine, shared space. All activities are free, open, and without restrictions, making it possible for all of us to be (at the same time) participants and responsible directors of this project.
